It was a brand-new hotel which had good service. It had a particularly good and convenient location not far from the harbor, the harbor front of Sai Ying Pun, and Kennedy Town.

The hotel was close to a subway station — you can go everywhere. The staff were really helpful and extremely friendly and helpful with requests.

Location next to the restaurant, the ferries, bars and sights of Central and less populated. For shots visit Centre Street Bar, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at One-Eight-One Hotel & Serviced Residences. The room was spacious and offered a stunning unblocked harbour view. The facilities were brand new and the extra day bed next to the window was a nice touch. I also appreciated the short distance to the city centre and the warm and friendly staff. The best part was definitely the value for money. I look forward to returning in the future.

The lack of vegetarian options at the hotel's restaurant. Additionally, I initially booked an urban view room, but found it to be unliveable and claustrophobic.

the hotel exceeded my expectations! the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby amenities. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. the room was clean, functional, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the spacious bathroom and the free laundry room usage.

Great value for money, with well-thought-out room facilities and soundproofing. Convenient location for public transport, stunning views, and excellent housekeeping. The staff, especially the housekeeping team, provided great service. The complimentary laundromat was a bonus.

I chose One-Eight-One Hotel & Serviced Residences for its convenient location near the Central-Mid-Levels Escalators. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the 5-star hotel service, breathtaking 180-degree Victoria Harbour view, and the array of industry-leading amenities and services offered at a value price. The menu full of Chinese culinary techniques presented in a contemporary style made it easy for me to fall in love with the food.

Room type mix-up, no breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our recent trip to the city. The location was perfect for us, as it was quieter than other areas and the MTR was just a short walk away. We loved the variety of nearby supermarkets and eateries, especially the local bakery and popular roasted meat stall. The staff, including Miss Cheuk at the reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the harbour, and the facilities were brand new. it was great value for money.

The facilities in the room were top-notch, with convenient USB power points and a hot and cold water dispenser. The soundproofing in the room was also a pleasant surprise. The view of the harbor from our room was breathtaking, and the location was convenient, with easy access to transportation.
