The Urban King Room was a delight, offering impressive harbor views that made my mornings truly special. I appreciated that the restaurant had a creative menu, serving delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during my 13-night stay. It was also nice to be just a short walk from the vibrant Central district, which allowed for easy exploration of local dining and attractions such as the Central-Mid-Levels Escalators and Madame Tussauds Hong Kong. Despite a bit of noise from neighboring rooms, the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable.

Room with a spectacular view
The Urban King Room offered an impressive harbor view that made mornings delightful. The staff was genuinely helpful, assisting with everything from local tips to dining reservations.
The air conditioning was a bit loud during the night, which disrupted my sleep. toiletries were only replenished after a request.

Opt for a room higher up to enjoy better views and less street noise, as lower floors can be quite noisy.

the view might have been great, but dirty windows ruined it. also, the bed was harder than concrete, so i had to beg for extra duvets. only one breakfast staff was friendly, while the rest looked annoyed to be working. i almost left a good review, but that's hard to do when you're treated like just another guest!

impressive harbor views, convenient access to HKU Station, spacious Upper Harbor Twin Room
The surrounding neighborhood is a tad too quiet at night!!! The waiting time for breakfast could use some serious improvements!!! Consider enhancing options for public transport instructions as well!!!

Had a fantastic time with friends! The views from our room were breathtaking, and the staff went out of their way to assist us, including helping with bookings at local restaurants. Conveniently located, it was just a 20-minute walk to Central. Highly recommend for group trips!
The breakfast options were limited, which might not suit everyone, but there are nice eateries nearby.

I loved my stay in this cozy Urban King Room with comfy bed and amazing blackout curtains that let me sleep in. The hotel has a great rooftop pool and a lovely spa for some serious relaxation time. The only downside was the slightly chilly air conditioning that I couldn't adjust, but overall, a fantastic experience! 🌟

Wasn't the cheapest option, but definitely acceptable.

Super comfy bed and pillows! The luxurious feel of the shower and bathtub was divine. Oh, and did I mention the view? Just stunning!
No mirror outside the bathroom—talk about a beauty blunder! I guess I’ll have to keep my 'bedhead' style a secret.

Service was 1st class from the moment we checked in! Manager Benson even called on our 5th day to ensure everything was okay.
Wasn't the cheapest option, but worth it, I’d say.
